Lillian's Test Kitchen

Beginning in 2011 Lillian began producing, editing, and starring in Lillian's Test Kitchen. It is an online cooking show that's less about food and more about learning to take risks.

All recipes are grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and cane sugar-free. The recipes are generally also paleo. Some are vegan. Some are raw.

A note from Lillian about the show:

"I started this series to figure out how to feed myself. When I was initially diagnosed with food allergies, I was immediately overwhelmed, scared, angry, and sick. It took me years, but I ultimately realized that if I want to feel good, be healthy, and enjoy food, I had to learn how to feed myself, myself. I needed to learn how to make my own food."

"But honestly, the Lillian’s Test Kitchen series is not so much about food as it is about the experience of trying something you have never tried before and then finding the joy, comedy and laughter in those small moments in spite of and also often, because of dietary restrictions.

I make other people's recipes for the very first time, ever, on camera and I don't edit out my mistakes. My goal is to inspire others to take their health into their own hands and make their own food. If I can do it, then you can too."
